Directions: For optimal results, first wash off loose dirt and grime with Star brite Vinyl Shampoo or Boat Wash. Shake the bottle well, apply to a small area with a clean, dry cloth, and rub in an even, overlapping circular motion. Several applications may be necessary to restore the surface fully. Buff to a lustrous finish with another clean, dry cloth, and enjoy the revitalized look and feel of your vinyl surfaces. Review: This works great to remove embedded soils - This product works well to remove the sunscreen, body oils, road dirt from trailering, and grime. Easy to use but does require some scrubbing to remove embedded soils from vinyl seats. Left my seats looking like new. One negative is that the seats are slick so be careful for a few trips until some of it wears off. Will purchase again when the bottle runs out. I cleaned two bass boats seats that had 4 years of dirt on them and used about 1/4 of the bottle. Very effective product to restore shine and clean the seats. Review: Works ok - It's works really well...it didn't take out the stains on my boat upholstery like I was hoping... ## Features - RESTORES AND REVITALIZES - Rejuvenates faded and stained vinyl, enhancing its look with a long-lasting shine - PROTECTIVE COATING - Shields vinyl from dirt, stains, and water, significantly extending its life and appearance - EASY TO APPLY - Simple wipe-on, allow to dry, and buff-off process ideal for efficient vinyl cleaning and polishing - VERSATILE ACROSS ALL VINYL - Perfect for boat seats, car interiors to home furnishings, keeping vinyl soft and supple - POLYMERS FOR PROTECTION - Special polymers provide unmatched protection against stains and UV damage - ULTIMATE VINYL SOLUTION - A one-step formula designed to protect and rejuvenate all kinds and colors of vinyl - PROUDLY AMERICAN, TRUSTED GLOBALLY - Star brite, a leader in marine, auto, RV, and home care since 1973, made in the USA for unmatched quality ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B001444TB2 | | Best Sellers Rank | #66,270 in Automotive ( See Top 100 in Automotive ) #548 in Automotive Cleaners | | Brand | STAR BRITE | | Brand Name | STAR BRITE | | Container Type | container | | Contains Liquid Contents? | Yes | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 930 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00071247910162 | | Included Components | Star brite Vinyl Cleaner, Polish & Protectant | | Item Form | Cream | | Item Highlight | Renews faded boat seats, car interiors and home furnishings, wipe-on buff-off application, polymers guard against stains | | Item Type Name | Star Brite Vinyl Cleaner, Polish & Protectant | | Item Volume | 470 Milliliters | | Item Weight | 13 Ounces | | Item form | Cream | | Item volume | 470 Milliliters | | Manufacturer | Star brite | | Material Features | Protectant | | Material Type Free | Bleach Free | | Material features | Protectant | | Model Number | 91016 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | 091016P | | Scent | Lavender | | Size | 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) | | Special Features | UV Protection | | Specific Uses For Product | Vinyl, Upholstery | | Specific uses for product | Vinyl, Upholstery | | Surface Recommendation | Vinyl | | UPC | 071247910162 400060089401 | | Unit Count | 16 Fluid Ounces | ## Product Details - **Brand:** STAR BRITE - **Item form:** Cream - **Material features:** Protectant - **Scent:** Lavender - **Specific uses for product:** Vinyl, Upholstery ## Images ![Vinyl Cleaner, Polish & Protectant, 16 oz - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/610cpxZsGaL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Can you use it on leather?** A: I use it on leather seats in a boat. This stuff really works great *by F***S on 15 June 2024* This stuff really works fabulous if you use it properly. I’ve used 303 protectant for years on my boat vinyl seats, but I never did any type of deep cleaning or polishing other than just soap and water. You really don’t realize how dirty your vinyl is until you see it clean. The entire boat white vinyl almost looked like it was more of a tan color, but this cleaner brought them back to more of a white color. Sun tan lotion, dirt from the cover and rain, people rubbing on it, all that discoloring was gone after using this. The only downside, is this is not a spray and wipe product like most other vinyl products. You have to actually wax/buff the seats with a rag going in very small circles, and working in small sections at a time. It took far longer than I originally thought it would, but the results are far worth it. I would imagine this is a product you use every few years, at least in my case. I will probably stick to a coat of 303 protectant on top mid season, and then next season decide if they need more cleaning, or if just a quick spray of 303 will be enough. BUY this if your vinyl is looking dingy and you want to bring some new life back into it. I have tried almost countless products over the years, nothing worked as well as this to bring older seats back to looking newer. I am thoroughly impressed. ## Frequently Bought Together - STAR BRITE VInyl Cleaner, Polish & Protectant - Clean, Renew, Brighten & Protect All Vinyl Surfaces - Marine Grade Shampoo Polish & UV Protection - Boat Eraser Boat Cleaner 3-Pack | Marine Eraser for Scuffs, Dirt, Salt & Grime | Non-Toxic - Just Add Water --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/275775245-vinyl-cleaner-polish-and-protectant-16-oz](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/275775245-vinyl-cleaner-polish-and-protectant-16-oz) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
