Will this fix a cigarette singe on the roof?

That should be an easy fix--- my burn was on a car seat and although it did a great job-- by me sitting on it for several months now it is now a little bit flat and a soft sheen to it --- so before I trade my car in I will redo it--- so I would say YES on a roof

I think so but there are some special ones for carpet
