Galaxy A51 5G, 128GB, Black - Unlocked (GSM Only) (Renewed)

This is brand new IMO. Had protectors front & back, & not a scratch. Phenominal phone. Replaced an existing phone with my carrier, & had it done in minutes. Popped the old sim card & installed in this one. Crystal screen display. The best part is if you have windows 11, you can pair this phone (& many other Samsung) with your laptop which allows you to check messages, text, calls & everything else with the laptop instead of getting the phone. You can even transfer files & pictures with no dangle cord. The win program is called phone link. You can look on Youtube to download win 11 for free. My Dell is 13 years old & it worked even though they say you can't. So many sites are now wanting to send a text # to log in, & now you can do it from the laptop. You can even send text messages from the laptop through the phone as if you were using the phone. I'm 67 so if I can do it, so can you. Love it!!!!!! Thanks PS. I am on Tmobile. And this phone is super fast.

I've had the phone for around a month now. I usually buy midrange phone from the store and call it a day. This time, I wanted a decent camera for all the pictures I take while out hiking or seeing family and friends. Capture the memories, you know? So anyway, here are my pros and cons. PROS: Phone speed Camera quality Screen size Simple set-up Cons: Sometimes the fingerprint scanner can be testy On the rare occasion it has a hard time finding a network connection. One thing to note when I first got the phone, taking into consideration how it's an unlocked former AT&T phone and I have t-mobile, it was difficult getting it to find any network at all. I had to find a troubleshooting guide off of t-mobile's support website to figure it out. Once I had a network connection established for the first time, I haven't had any problems with it since except for one time when I had to restart my phone. It's amazing overall! I truly feel like I got my money's worth and then some. I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants a quality midrange phone.

Everything worked on the phone!it was in really good condition. I wanted to use this phone with Verizon and it did not turn out as planned. I tried to get the plan online with prepaid account but it didn't work. So I thought I did something wrong an took it in to a Verizon store and they too said it wasn't compatible. Not sure why but everything in the description including the box the phone itself came in said it was Verizon compatible. I didn't even care that it wasn't 5G. Just need a Verizon compatible phone. Now I'm hesitant to get a renewed phone from Amazon. It was a big waste of time on my end. Glad that it was easily returnable though.

This is my second refurbished phone that I've gotten from Amazon. I have been very happy with both phones! The guy at a Metro I went to was quoting $350 for newer but worse quality phones. So, to buy this phone and transfer the sim card iver was WAY cheaper. The phone is quick and I was able to transfer most of the stuff from my old phone to my new one via Samsung Cloud. Overall, very satisfied 😌

I'm really thrilled about this phone, but... Well, I will explain further in a list of Pros and Cons. PROS 1. I'm thrilled with the speed of the performance of this phone. When you click an app or a link, etc., the phone immediately does what you want it to do without lagging, pausing, or delay. 🙂 2. I'm thrilled with the speed of recharging this phone. And I've never timed it before or read how fast it charges, however, you can see how fast the battery percentage increases, and before you know it, your phone is fully charged. 😁 3. I purchased this phone renewed, therefore, I bought it at a discount price. However, the performance of this phone is like new and I'm very thrilled about that. 😁 4. I love the animated 3D lock screen image of the little moving objects, which I have screen shots of in the images for this review. Also, I don't think I've ever seen a phone lock screen with animated 3D images before. 🙂 CONS 1. I'm not a big fan of the fingerprint sensor being on the front screen of the phone because it makes it difficult to open your phone when you're driving. However, I do like the lime green color that lights up when you press on it. 2. Also, I will admit that I am disappointed that the Contacts screen doesn't have the alphabetical listing of each letter of the alphabet on the right-hand column so that you can press the letter that you want so that the screen will take you to your contacts that begin with that letter. But instead, it just has a column of little black dots going down the right side of the page. 😕 3. Now, I asked about this one in the Customer Questions before purchasing it, but I thought the phone speaker was near your ear. However, the phone speaker is at the bottom of the page. Although, I'm not really sure where the microphone is, but most people I talk to seem to be able to hear me and I'm able to hear the sounds coming out of the phone pretty good. But all in all, I'm more thrilled about the Pros of this phone than I am about the disappointments of the Cons of this phone, which really aren't that great. Therefore, I am only taking off 1 star for my review, which would otherwise be a 5-star review. 😁👍

i cant receive any calls

I love my phone work well thanks

I bought this as a replacement for my last phone after the internet kept disconnecting and the screen stopped working. Crazy that I buy a new phone and it immediately has problems that make it borderline unusable. First of all, the 5G worked for a day, then it suddenly stopped working. Awesome. Second, the internet stops working randomly JUST LIKE MY BROKEN PHONE, unless I restart it and then it works fine again, but still no 5G. Third, this phone is slow as ballz. Fourth, the battery is like using a phone that has been in use for 3 years. It wont hold a charge all day. Fifth, it just randomly disconnects from my bluetooth headphones. I'm giving it two stars cause in theory it's a solid phone. I would have loved to have a working version, but I didn't get that. I am returning this after less than a week, and going to Wal-Mart or AT&T to buy one that actually works. Won't be taking the gamble with Amazon on phones again. Goodbye.
