I love it, and having had no problems at all. Comes with a three year warranty. My first one lasted over four years. Thank you for the upgrade. I receive my hard drive today and I’m going to install it tonight or tomorrow. I’ll post about it later👍I installed the surveillance hard drive the next day which was very easy to install. I’m able to record now so I’m happy. Thanks a lot

5star but the instructions are so bad. With the right cameras it’s got great resolution compared to the older systems

This item was listed incorrectly as a 16-channel. I ordered from Directron and they were so kind to honor the price. They have good shipping and I ended up buying a bunch more items from them directly as their prices are amongst the lowest for HD-TVI dvrs and cameras. This tri-brid dvr itself works fine and allows me to mix analog and hd-tvi 720p, 1080p cameras together. I don't have any IP cameras to try so I can't vouch for that.
