Unimpressed. Small, Doesn't hold heat long.
Mine is closer to 7" x 15" and appears smaller than in photo, especially compared to person in listing.Did not stay warm longer than 10 or so minutes. Returning today.

Moist heating was good for pain relief
This pad heats up quickly and give moist heat that I was looking for my the muscles around my knee before exercising. The size and comfort is good for pain relief. I would recommend.

Perfect for my lower back pain. Heats up with 1-1:30 minutes and lasts up to 30 minutes. Smells nice, seems durable with the material and is worth the price!
