Some parts of the product rusted, making it unusable. We want to return and get our money back... We don't know how to contact Amazon or the vendor to get a refund.

I am really satisfied with this Venus machine.. I bought the 6 cup for myself and sometimes 2 person. Its amazing in combination with an bean crusher which has settings to find the right crush setting. One tip: buy yourself a grinder that holds 30g. One full grinder of 30g fits perfect into this 6 cup venus. No leftovers, no spills, or twice crushing. 30g crusher is the sweetspot. With this setup it competes fairly good with my philips 5500 at home

J’ai acheté cette cafetière espresso Bialetti pour retrouver le goût du café italien à la maison et je ne suis pas déçue. Le café est bien corsé, avec beaucoup d’arômes, et la préparation reste simple et rapide. La qualité de fabrication inspire confiance et le design traditionnel est vraiment sympa dans une cuisine. Points positifs : Prépare un café riche en goût et très parfumé. Utilisation simple après quelques essais. Fabrication solide et durable. Design italien classique et élégant. Pas besoin d’électricité, pratique et économique. Facile à nettoyer. Points négatifs : Il faut prendre le coup de main pour réussir parfaitement le café.(trouver le bon dosage) La poignée peut chauffer après utilisation. Ne passe pas toujours sur toutes les plaques selon le modèle. Le café peut devenir amer si on laisse trop chauffer. (comme disait ma grand-mère, café bouillu café foutu🤗) Globalement, c’est une excellente cafetière pour les amateurs de café type espresso qui recherchent une méthode simple, authentique et efficace pour préparer un bon café au quotidien.
