A: Don't know off hand. Just look up almonds should be the same

**Q: How long is the shelf life ?**
A: I tend to use this rather quickly so I have never bothered to check the expiry date. I like this brand because it's actually finely grounded almond flour. Purchased it at least 4 times so far.

**Q: Can't see any storage instructions, does it need to be stored in the fridge?**
A: It's ground almonds, just milled much finer. So no need to keep in fridge. Store like flour but I would make sure you seal bag to keep fresh

**Q: Nutrition please?**
A: They are almonds ground. So same nutrition as almonds
