Portable but image is so clear.. and the price is not so bad as well.

This is definitely a review where I wish I could half stars because it deserves a 4.5. After watching a movie on my friend's projector I decided to invest in one but I definitely read reviews and made sure to check how long these last. I've had my projector for about a week and a half and I've used it in multiple situations. This projector is best at night but can also handle a sunny mid day Netflix binge. It does run a little loud which can be concerning however it tends to stay cool rather than overheat. Definitely buy some extra micro HDMI cords because mine did break, (My fault) but regardless this is a great projector.UPDATE: I've had this projector and when it worked, it was great However, now it isn't working. The projector clicks off and it acts like the lamp is burned out. It was great while it worked but now after 7 months or so, the projector is dead.

Got it to approximately 50 inches (diagonal diameter) with a fairly decent resolution and I am using it via HDMI via Apple's adaptors. Works great on my ipad, iphone, and macbook pro. Battery life hasnt been tested to its limits but worked well so far for about 30 mins of use. You might want to get a nice tripod to work with it as it makes it really stable and easier to position.

not nearly as good at the RIF6... doesn't come with a stand, doesn't come with a wire/adapter for iPhone. Wish I had read the detailed description closer. Oh, and I bought two of them and one didn't even work...that's a 50% failure rate.

Well, I was excited about this one. I have to say I was pretty impressed with the picture when I played videos from the computer, but I actually ended up returning since it didn't work on my other devices.On my ipad, my kindle, and my android phone, I got messages stating that the connected device was not authorized with the proper licensing to play/project video products from my phone/ipad (even after purchasing the proper conversion products). If I wanted a computer projector, I probably would get one with upgraded graphics over portability. For a portable projector, I expected that it would actually work with my portable devices. It doesn't. bummer.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my techie husband. He's a software engineer, and a gamer who builds his own custom computers, so he's really picky. But this gift was PERFECT! He's been wanting a theater room for a while, and this is a nice compromise. He loves that he can take it wherever and it's actually got him interested in going camping with the family this summer. The sound is not very good, but it's an easy fix to just get a little Bluetooth speaker.

It’s a nice little projector. Good picture, ability to connect Bluetooth speaker... did a couple issues with the connection. But when I contacted the seller about the damaged port (because it wouldn’t connect anymore) they replaced it for me. Very awesome customer service.

Very ineffective. I lost my money on this toy. One fine day after few weeks of usage, it started getting powered down after every 10 mins even though it was connected to hard power wire. I returned this back to the Smart beam company even though I had purchased additional warranty but never heard it back.. its been 6 months now. I wish Amazon take some action against this product and seller.
