Disappointed at first but happy in the end
For a 50 dollar pellet pistol (2024) it is very nice. After owning for 1 year here are my suggestions, as soon as you get it, clean the barrel and spray hopps lubricant in the barrel, spring and safety switch, highlighted yellow. After spraying lubricant it will shoot very low for the first few rounds but then will be dead accurate. Accuracy increased after lubrication from the one photo to the next. Photo with tight group was five shots. Take your time with this spring pistol and work on hand grip, stance and finger position, out of the box you will need to take time to adjust sights. Only complaint is after 1 year of use and abuse the pin at the cocking mechanism, highlighted red comes loose and I have to push it back in. Honestly can't say I've babied this thing and it's been dropped so that's probably user error.

Nice little pellet gun
I really like this pistol, pretty accurate representation of a Ruger .22/45

Good handgun for the price
I bought it for under forty plus the usual Uncle Sam levies. I was a bit apprehensive about the amount of force it would need to break open the barrel, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is not a monumental effort. Loading a pellet, releasing the safety and shooting are all easy. However, as others have noted, the trigger needs a heavier pull and that tends to spoil the aim. I expect the effort to decrease over time as more pellets are shot. On the positive side - no CO2 cartridges, no finicky springs, easy as cake. On the negative side - being lighter than usual, and the trigger pull needing more effort, aiming is a roll of dice. It is fun - no doubt, and well-made too, as I saw nothing that can snag my skin or clothers, and it looks nice too. Overall, it is two thumbs up.

Accurate
I bought this to replace my Fathers pellet gun. I shot several pellets at my target and it was pretty darn accurate out of the box. I use this more that my pellet rifle to shoot at iguanas that tear up my flowers and sea wall. It doesn't have the power to kill them but they do jump when you hit them with a pellet. I would prefer more velocity out of this pellet gun.

Don't waste your money on this, you'll regret buying this.
This pellet gun is trash. We were shooting old spray paint cans and the pellets didn't even have enough power to dent the cans. The trigger weight is too heavy and makes it difficult for younger people to fire accurately. My son is a great shot but the trigger is so heavy it causes the gun to drift off target from having to pull so hard when shooting. It's no fun to shoot when you can't hit anything because of the poor quality of the gun. It also sets the safety every time it's cocked and cocking it is a chore too it's really annoying, poorly designed.

Well built air pistol.
I went through 3 tins of pellets and it still works as new, also added a laser red dot sight which makes it very accurate.

super fun to shoot
Super fun to shoot. The trigger is a little hard but shoots straight

Hard trigger, low power limit useful range and accuracy potential
This little break barrel air pistol is decidedly so-so. It looks good and feels good in the hand. Break-barrel charging is convenient and cost effective. It will be fun for very short-range backyard plinking. However, it is extremely low powered. It will not penetrate a Shoot-n-see target at 5 yards, much less make the intended color change. With the rear sight maxed out for elevation it is still grouping approximately one inch low at 5 yards. The trigger pull is also mediocre. It has a perceptible slight take-up and then breaks with considerable extra effort. This limits accuracy potential for most shooters. I bought this pistol to replace an ancient Daisy Powerline 717 which I shot for over 30 years until it recently gave up the ghost and rebuild efforts failed. With it, I could regularly hit the lid of a pellet tin at 25 yards. Challenging, but very doable. This pistol cannot hit that target at 7 yards without holding over the top of it and shooting blind. Beer cans at 5 yards? Great fun, have at it. Serious target shooting at anything more than 5 yards away? Forget it. Trying to kill anything with this? Unethical. It is far too low powered. Caveat emptor.
