This hand painted, one-of-a-kind abstract bowl would make a chic addition to a modern living room décor. A patchwork pattern made up of six retro colors - red and black, gold, orange, yellow and purple, this bowl has a seventies style. As with all my paper mache bowls, this home décor accent piece is a work of functional art - use it and love it! It is made with five layers of a recycled paperback. Particular attention is paid to the edges of the rim where I use an extra two layers of paper for added strength. It is quite sturdy but very light weight and it probably won't break if you accidently drop it. I have coated the bowl with varnish for protection and to ensure the longevity of my "mini masterpiece". Do not immerse in water. To clean your bowl, wipe it with a soft damp cloth.
