Absolutely perfect. Whilst I did have to register the unit on its registration instruction guide. The instructions are very straightforward. This only has to be completed once. Regardless of battery power. Signal perfect for my requirements. Watching movies, internet etc. Would definitely recommend.

I live off-grid as my home is a narrowboat cruising the inland waterways of England and Wales. Having had Huawei MiFi via 3 previously, and it giving great coverage, I jumped at the chance of getting this unlocked version to use with my current provider (which also operates on the 3 network). I can only say that I am delighted with my choice, the performance being more than adequate for my needs both in terms of speed and reliability of connection. I can stream Amazon Prime Video and other similar services without buffering or interruption, which is one of my main uses for this. I initially had an issue with the supplied battery as it would fail after just a couple of hours of use. However, after a message to the seller, they immediately replied to say that they would get a replacement out to me by 1st class mail the next working day and true to form the replacement duly arrived as promised. 5 Gold Stars would be deserved based simply on after-sales service alone. Absolutely delighted all round...

The device did not connect to anything of mine, the lights came on and signal was visible, but it never connected to anything, even if your out of data, it should still connect.

I bought this for a forthcoming Europe trip. I tried a GiffGaff sim and it didn't work, connected but no Internet. The item came with a yellow business card, on it is the customer service no and Web address for a userguide, I called them and spoke to a charming guy Steve, who explained the units can experience problems with giffgaff, i've now installed a Libara sim, using the help guide, I was in panic mode, but successfully managed the installation. If you use Libara europe roaming sim, when verifying My Libara app it will need a verification code, put the sim in a phone to get the code... The whole process was a bit fiddly. NB I did a trial run with wifi, battery died after about 5 hrs, just kept it on charge, continued to work with no issues

Easily the best mobile internet device I have used. Great battery life and speed. Connectivity is simple and consistent even on the motorway, which other devices have struggled with in the past. Great value for money too. Nothing in its quality or functionality gives away the fact that this is a reconditioned device. I recommend buying some replacement batteries if you intend to be out and about for days on end, but for in-car use a single battery is fine.

At both my flat and girl friends flat we have 1-2 bar mobile signal on EE and 3. I was hoping this Huawei E5783B-230 would pick up a stronger signal. Unfortunately we got the same, so lots of drops out as with the phones. Replaced it with a HUAWEI B535-333 immediately got 3-4 bars thought this. Unfortunately not so portable as needs mains.

This was just what we needed for our caravan, it’s so easy to set up and works great with a good signal but I guess that would depend on the network and the area! It looks good and is a good size so just fits in anywhere, the battery life is good on it and definitely good value!

Great little box, we use this for our static caravan and has great signal so easily able to stream content to our tv and other devices. Highly recommended.
