Loved it. Used this with pork, beef and venison sausages. The flavor is outstanding and better than what I can mix up at home. Even used it on dry cure and it was fantastic. Make sure you add curing salt #2 if you hang cure

These are a great base to build upon. If you aren't accustomed to highly seasoned food, this is usable straight from the pack. If you want more spice, just use your favorite spice. We've used them for years as is and sometimes adding additional spices. Very satisfied.
