The JerkFit Nubs arrived on time and I am excited to try them out. I went with a size smaller and I'm glad that I did. I think they will do well in a workout. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Indispensable pour la prise en crochet

S'enfile/se retire assez facilement (c'est bien plus rapide et économique que de devoir se strapper les pouces à chaque séance avec du scotch spécial). Donne un peu plus de "grip" pour les doigts qui attrape le pouce. Protège bien les pouces des frictions produites par le contact avec la barre. Je les utilise plusieurs fois par semaine depuis plusieurs mois et je n'ai pas constaté de dégradation du tissu est des coutures.
