It works! Been using for one full bottle so far and ordered a second. This one costs more than other options available so I was a little hesitant but the reviews made me convinced to purchase. I’ve had a foot tendon injury for about 6 months, it should have healed the second month according to the dr, once 5 months came around I looked for other options to help recover. I honestly didn’t expect this to work but I’m beyond happy with this product. It really does work, I’ll keep using this long term. I couldn’t even walk barefoot, that’s how bad the tendon pain was on the top of my foot, after two weeks I started seeing improvement which I assumed was psychological but now it’s like I never had an injury at all. No problems with stomach or sleeping or anything like that either.

If you work out a lot or do any kind of physical activity a lot then you will have some kind of joint pain at some point. This just comes along with the territory and yes you can do yoga and try to be perfect but you will have something...with that being said, these pills have been a staple for a long time. I hate when I run out of them because they get out of my system and I have to order them, wait and then let them get back in my system again. They take about 2-3 weeks of continuous use before you notice a difference. My knees don't hurt when I run and I seem to be able to stretch longer and better while using them. Overall I like them a lot and will try not to go without them because they work pretty good. Added update: This product helps alot with my tendon pains. I went without them for a while and tried some different products to see if I could get the same results. I was unable to find anything that gave me the results this product produced.

Two weeks ago today as soon as I opened the delivered package, I started taking this supplement for joint support. On my doctor's advice, he suggested a collagen booster to help with a slow healing shoulder. I am pleased to report positive results on that regard, as after one week I had noticed a marked improvement in mobility and a reduction in the severity of the occasional twang of pain from such injuries. By all regards an encouraging bit of progress. The only concern I have is that a few days ago I witnessed an inadvertent test of the material's solubility. In emptying the rather large capsules into a partial bottle of water I noticed some particles settle to the bottom. I gave them a few minutes and a few good shakes, and after ten (or so) minutes it became apparent that they would not dissolve. Two days on, they are still in the bottle. I have no doubt from the highly reputable company that it is not actual sand, though the material has a sand like appearance. So, generally pleased with the overall effectiveness as advertised, but hesitant to continue use given the thought of an increasing amount of this material possibly collecting in the digestive system.
