Every household needs a bottle of these. Whenever I feel ANYTHING coming on, if everyone around you at work is coughing and sniffling, if the weather has you down, take these. I don’t take them all year round, only on those occasions, and they really do help shorten colds and viruses, if not totally boost you so you don’t get sick at all. I’ve been using them for years, and they seem to be of consistent quality. They also help when you’re already sick... they’re not a cure all, but they do help your body fight off whatever you picked up faster with less painful symptoms.

Normally, great product, but Amazon shipped the wrong version. I could not get anyone on the phone at Amazon or their transfer to Irwin Naturals. Then I had to deal with a bot getting all the details wrong. Amazon offered a refund, but will not provide the specific product advertised.

I've been taking this for years and in an office full of sneezing and coughing folks during the winter months, I didn't catch any of it.

This has been my staple during the pandemic. I have felt great, had more energy, etc and have been very healthy. My toddler grandson has spent time with us through numerous colds, etc. and I have not caught any of them! They will remain a staple in our home long after the pandemic.
