No matter how much I power washed, the yellowish tint never came off. I tried this product and it was like magic. I simply used a watering can to sprinkle the solution on the concrete, and used a broom to swish it around to make sure all the areas were covered. That was it. When it dried, my driveway looked like fresh poured concrete. The yellow tint, cause by the iron in the fertilized, was complete removed. I apply this product twice a year, right after the driveway is power washed to remove dirt, etc.. In a few areas of a particular dark stain, such as where the water runs into the gutter, I applied a second application; that's all it took to remove. True Value sells the same product called Snow Cap, but it is in such small boxes it would cost a fortune to do a driveway.
