Get bag. I have been looking for a First Aid bag for the car, I am a travelling nurse. This is fantastic. Great use of space, perfect size. This is the third bad that I have tried.

I purchased this bag to travel with my daughter’s Type 1 Diabetes supplies. We wanted a bag in a bright color so it would not get accidentally mixed up by anyone. (Bought it in orange but would have preferred red.) Also liked that it is properly marked as a medical bag so it would not be attractive to thieves looking for a computer bag. The organizer that fits in the bottom of the bag was a little smooshed at first but I was able to straighten it out after a few minutes. The six spaces in the organizer fit our needs really well. Sharps container in one square, Dexcom in one, a box of pen needles fit perfectly in one of the squares, juice boxes in one. The mesh pockets are great for other supplies and candy and snacks. There are loops along one side perfect for insulin pens although I may put those in a cooler zip container with ice packs for travel. I wish there was an insulated pocket on the bag. There was plenty of room inside the bag to add her small everyday “go bag” so that everything is kept together during transit. Also nice to have pockets on the outside for bottles of water. I looked at many medical duffle style bags and also a lot of camera backpacks with lots of compartments. Ultimately, this was the best solution for our T1D to travel safely.

Es ágil, tiene muchos departamentos, aunque echo de menos uno solo para poner documentos.

I am using this bag to hold daily enteral & IV infusion supplies. I wanted a bag that wasn't too flashy but still clearly a medical bag (for the bonus of small pockets, etc.) that I could keep in my car to hold a 2-3 day supply of my items for weekend getaways. This bag is great and with an additional insert that I added, made it even better. I purchased the "Household Essentials Hanging Cosmetic and Grooming Travel Bag" (here on Amazon) and am using this as an added organizer stored inside the center of the Arsenal bag. With all compartments *fully packed*... everything fits with ample room (the hanging bag insert is quite large and works exceptionally well when used in conjunction with this). I definitely recommend purchasing that and just remove the hanger part if desired. This is what I have inside (both units used together): Infusion: - 2 IV 1000ml bags (w/ and w/o D5) - 2 IV gravity drip tubing sets - 14" Microbore & 7" Microbore Extension Tubing Sets - Blood Glucose Meter & all supplies associated with it - Medication IV Vials & Ampules w/ Needle Syringes - Oral Syringes & Vacutainer Collection Sets - 2 IV Starter Kits - 2 Sterile IV Dressing Change Kits - 2 Spare Chloraprep Sticks - 10, 0.9% Saline Pre-Filled Flushes - 5, 10ml Heparin Pre-Filled Flushes - 4, 20g x 1" 10ml Needle Syringes - 2, 20g x 0.75" Gripper/Huber Port Needles - Assortment of Waterproof Tegaderm & IV 3000 Dressing Films - Surgical Gloves (Numerical Size Assortment) & Exam Gloves (S/M/L assortment) - Sterile Drop Sheets, XL Absorbent Pads - Alcohol Preps & Swabsticks, Adhesive Remover, Fresh Wipes, Iodine Swabsticks - Skin Protectant Swabsticks, Antiseptic Hand Gel, Skin Lotion, Petroleum Jelly - Disposable Thermometers, Disposable Forceps & Tweezers, EMT Shears & Surgical Curved Scissors - Pen Light & Tactical Flashlight - 2" & 1" White Transpore Tape - Bandage Assortment (Band-Aids, Gauze Rolls, Patches, Vet Wrap) - Biopatch Assortment w/ CHG - 2 EpiPens, 1 Glucagon Emergency Shot - Face Masks, Spandage, Red Caps & Male/Female Portacath Caps - Various Miscellaneous Items ** Since the Arsenal Bag has approximately 30 pockets/small item holders (of various sizes), all of the above fit securely in their own compartments including the IV bags - there is room for a portable oxygen tank as well & mask). When you open the bag everything is NEATLY organized with no loose items. The large cosmetic insert holds most of dressing change items separately and has 10 compartments of various sizes - it holds a lot and easily fits in the center if you do not place an oxygen tank inside (if you need that though I am confident you could find a similar cosmetic organizer that is smaller and would work with the tank ** Enteral: - 2 enteral Kangaroo 1000ml infusion pump sets - Gauze and Drainage Sponge Assortment (4x4, 2x4, Split & Non-split, Abdominal/Trauma Pad - 4 of each) - 2 Lopez Valves - Spare Formula (8 containers - approx. 2000ml) - 2, 60cc Catheter Tip Syringes w/o needle - 2, 20cc luer-lok Syringes w/o needle - Saline Wound Wash 4oz. Can - 2" Waterproof Tape Roll - 1, Foley Drainage Bag - 1, Irrigation Tray & Flush Kit - Flexiflo Y Connectors - Extension Tubing Sets & Various Connectors - AMT Clamp - Abdominal Pouch for up to a 28fr GJ PEG Tube & up to 42" Circumference Band All of the above fits in the Arsenal Bag with my infusion supplies. Again, this is when used in conjunction with the separate fold-out cosmetic/accessory bag. Granted it is not being used as a standard EMT bag, however I can absolutely see it being used for such given the amount it holds. I should add that for small items I have *at least* 6 of everything. For specialty items and tubing, etc. I have at least 2 of everything stored. I created this list without physically looking at the bag and am sure I left items off. The bag is very nice and features a comfortable padded shoulder strap. It is heavy duty nylon. In comparison to the Rothco brand, this is both stronger and larger... although it is designed for side pocket storage primarily. It does not have a main compartment w/ dividers. Hence why I chose to add the extra insert piece. Nonetheless, I love this bag and the manner in which it holds everything without being a giant mess. Hope this review helps!
