This Sprayer Rocks!!!
I have not had any luck over the years with pump up sprayers. They all were deficient in one way or another. This sprayer eliminated any worries I might have had when purchasing. It is well designed, feels strong and hefty like it means business. Easy to assemble and the functionality is flawless! To fill the sprayer, remove the pump, and add the product. Lock the pump handle by pressing down and turning until you feel the handle drop into lock mode. Then make a quarter turn to lock. Pump until you begin to feel pretty good resistance to the pumping action. It doesn't take long, at all. The sprayer tip is adjustable, but the setting right out of the box is perfect for my needs. It sprays a solid cone about 3" in diameter when the spray is fully charged. A full pressure charge will last about 3 minutes, under constant spraying, before it starts to shrink a bit. That is the clue to recharge. Simply pump again until the you feel resistance to pumping. Note: The instructions state to thread the hose connection onto the pump body until there is no gap between the end of the hose connection and the pump body. You will not be able to do this all the way by hand. I used a pair of pump pliers to tighten to the appropriate connection. After a 15 minute test spray on moss, I am totally sold on this product. I don't think you can find a better one for the money. Heartily endorsed!

Excellent quality and very practical
I had been looking for a sprayer that was durable and easy to use in my garden for a long time. This Chapin model has met all my expectations; it is sturdy, works perfectly, and makes maintenance tasks much easier. Highly recommended

eliable and works great
Exactly what I needed for backyard chores. They work as expected, are easy to pump, and the adjustable nozzle makes it simple to switch between a tight spray and a wide mist. Great quality for the price.

Spray on manually does the job.
This was a good product. Excellent for cleaning and staining wood deck. Used it for rot wood cleaning solution and to spray on wood stain. It is tedious to constantly pump especially when spraying on stain for an even coat. All in all I do recommend for simple affordable tool.

Great sprayer
This is a really nice quality pump sprayer. I wasn't sure what size to get, but a gallon is a good amount for my needs. Today, in what felt like 108° weather but was really 98 degrees this was a source of happiness. Our power went out and it was stifling hot so this sprayer was heavily used to missed not only my plants but myself and family down to keep us cool. Actually purchased it to use with Castile soap to protect my plants from pasts, so definitely a product that is very versatile. This prayer can be used many different ways. It works great, is really easy to put together, and the quality is nice and sturdy. Highly recommend this product.

Good sprayer
Works well and easy to use. Spray does not have much adjustment between fine spray and a stream but not a big problem. Good value

Chapin 1-gallon sprayer
★★★★★ Versatile Little Sprayer That’s Great Around the House, Garden & Garage. This Chapin 1-gallon sprayer has turned out to be one of the handiest tools I own. I originally bought it for spraying organic bug treatment and neem oil mixtures on my plants and garden, but I’ve ended up using it for several different things. The pump builds pressure quickly and the spray pattern adjusts easily from a fine mist to a stronger stream depending on what you’re doing. It sprays evenly and feels much more controlled than some of the cheaper sprayers I’ve tried in the past. One thing I like is keeping separate sprayers for different jobs. I use this one mainly for garden and plant care, while I keep another one strictly for bug spray and outdoor treatments so chemicals don’t get mixed together. It’s also useful outside the garden. You could easily use this for automotive detailing too — things like liquid waxes, degreasers, wheel cleaners, or spray-on protectants. The wand and hose feel durable, and the tank itself feels sturdy without being too heavy to carry around. Simple, reliable, easy to clean, and useful for way more than just gardening. Definitely worth having around the house or garage.

Advice From a Person New to Pressure Sprayers
I purchased the Chapin 20004 one gallon model. I am awarding 3 stars out of 5, which I admit is stringent grading. I would award 3.5 if possible, though.. I am not sure about 4 stars, but it could be 4 stars if I were feeling a bit more generous, which I am not after cleaning out the sprayer tonight. Cleaning out any brand of sprayer after use is a pain. It takes more time to clean them than it does to mix up a spray and use the sprayer. I use Blazer brand cleaner to clean mine to help preserve its useful life and to avoid cross contamination of chemicals. What can I say? This sprayer is perfectly fine for the price point. It will get the job done in most cases. I really do not have too much to criticise. I wish the bottle were not so opaque. It is difficult for my old eyes to read the water level. I also wish the wand could extend to twice the length so I could reach the tops of doors and windows since I bought it to treat the house with an insecticide that I hope will keep out those awful, disgusting Palmetto bugs, aka tree roaches. Those things absolutely make me fall apart. If this sprayer combined with Talak insecticide work to keep them out of my home, then I will consider it money very well spent on both the sprayer and the Talek. The upshot here is that this is a perfectly good sprayer for the price point. In fact, for the price point, it is a great deal. If only it were easier to see the water line, and if only the wand could be extended to twice the length, then I would award 5 stars. I purchased another brand, an Itisll, a few years ago specifically to spray pests on my roses and other flowering plants. Whilst it did have a wand that could be greatly extended, a strap for carrying, as well as a pressure release valve, I did not find it as easy to handle as this Chapin. I paid double for the Itisll, too. I am sure I would have been better off with this Chapin, but I was new to pressure sprayers (I still consider myself new to pressure sprayers), and I relied on the reviews which were pretty enthusiastic. In hindsight, I would have been better off with the Chapin for half the price. I did not use the Itisll for a long, long time after purchase due to two relocations and the advent of Covid, but once I finally used it, I discovered it needed a replacement part. A part on the wand was defective. It sprayed continuously. There was no way to stop it. Itisll customer service would not help me. I will never buy one of their products again. Wish I had purchased this Chapin the first time. As something of an aside, my research indicated that you should never leave any product remaining in the sprayer. It is really bad for the sprayer and whatever you are spraying. You should clean your sprayer after every use. I purchased a product called Blazer which is a special soap that will clean out chemicals to protect against cross contamination of chemicals. I have been using it to clean out sprayer after treating my roses for pests like thrips, and now treating the house for tree roaches. I am almost of the opinion that it would be better not to clean the sprayers. Just use them up so to speak, and then clean them out once to recycle them. Why? Well, the cost of the blazer, and the water (it is a considerable amount of water) over time will easily equal the cost of one of these Chapins. If you dedicate a sprayer to one use and then use it up, you can avoid the tedious chore of cleaning it after every use. For me, the misery in cleaning these sprayers is in the time involved. I have to spray my rosebushes just before dark in order to protect my beneficial insects such as honey bees, Ladybugs, butterflies, etc. I can whip up the pyrethrins in water in the sprayer and spray everything pretty quickly. However, then comes the misery of cleaning the sprayer whilst it quickly becomes dark outside. First, you must wash out the tank with clean water. Then you add an ounce of Blazer to a gallon of clean water; seal the sprayer and shake it up; and, then you run the mixture through the sprayer. Spraying out a gallon of water with Blazer feels like it takes forever, especially as mosquitoes are biting. Once that is done, you fill the sprayer with a gallon of clean water and spray it out to remove any residue of the insecticide and the Blazer. Again, this feels like it takes a long time. Finally, once al of that is done, you fill the tank with clean water one more time, shake it up a bit, and then pour it out. The last thing I do is hose off the sprayer and the wand before putting it away. I leave it out overnight in a protected area to dry out, and then next day, I store it in the shed until I need it again. If I actually timed the cleaning part, it probably takes only 20-30 minutes max, but it feels like forever. I guess that is human nature. Unpleasant tasks always seem to take forever. However, I am one of those souls who tries to do things properly. We shall see in a year or two if all this effort pays off in extending the life of my sprayers. In any case, if you want a pressure sprayer to spray your plants for bugs like thrips and gnats, etc., or to spray for other types of insects such as Palmetto bugs, this sprayer should work for you. You do not need to spend $30 or more dollars to get the job done. If like me, you need to reach the tops of window and door frames, then be prepared to use a step ladder because this wand is not long enough. One final piece of advice is if you can afford it, I suggest you keep one sprayer for your garden to use with things like pyrethrin or even Neem Oil (remember, you must combine your Neem Oil and your soap BEFORE you add it to your sprayer with water), and keep another sprayer to use for more dangerous chemicals. If you do decide to use just one sprayer, be prepared to properly clean it promptly after every use to protect not only sprayer for degradation, but also to protect against cross contamination. Of course, always wear gloves and protective eyewear with harsh chemicals. Even a mask would not go amiss. Remember: Safety First.

Value for money and Good Quality
Bought two of these CHAPIN 22000 International packs. The built quality is excellent, very functional, and easy to set up. The water pressure is consistent and good for gardening work. The water can be adjusted to either pressure spray or mist. The only downside is that the straight nozzle tube is a bit short. If they can double the length, it is ideal so that it can access the plants more easily. Another downside is that it does not come with a carry strap, as the water can be quite heavy when you need to move it around. You can modify by using a laptop bag strap. Overall, the twin pack is value for money, as the rugged material and spray mechanism can last a long time without breaking down.

Great sprayer
Great sprayer. Although the instructions show how to assemble it, which in reality should be straightforward for most people, it already came assembled in the box and ready to be used. I used it to spray an insect killer around the outside of our house and it works really well, has good coverage.

Fácil de usar
Pero recomiendo mucho considerar comprar uno para cada uso, ya que es difícil de limpiar, y los productos pueden mesclarze con el anterior
