Having dental surgery and knowing that you're going to be on a soft/liquid diet for an extended period is the pitts. This product is helping make it a little better. I wanted something that wasn't flavored. It's a bonus that it's Organic and has no added ingredients.I have mixed it into soup, mashed potatoes and applesauce. It mixes in well with no lumps and no grit. And there is no aftertaste. It has given me a way to add extra protein to the foods that I can eat, easily and without issues.Mixing it into hot/warm foods is easy if you mix it in milk or water first, then let the food cool a bit and then add it.

I use Tera's because it has no sugar, stevia or artificial sweeteners, and is made from grass fed milk. I add it to pancake mix or nut milks with cereal or oatmeal or in fruit shakes for added protein in my breakfast. It mixes in well and does not change the flavor of any food. A great and healthy way to get adequate protein.
