Great for patio. It's not designed for heavy use. Shipping is very slow. Well worth the wait. Be sure to read the directions carefully.

We had high hopes for this retractable clothesline. But after a month's lite use the line securing cleat on the bottom of the unit cracked in half... Not two weeks later the entire cleat that secures the line from retracting fell off rendering the unit useless. We reached out to the seller --- NO HELP @ all. Stating our request was after 30 days from date of sale. Total rip off! We have since reached out to the UK company-Vivelda per their website recommendation. Hopefully a unit replacement or refund will follow- $50.00 for two weeks of product use is ridiculous.

Pretty weak. If you own a dog with an expandable/retractable leash, far superior. I would go that route over this flimsy "clothes line" offering.

Was super excited to get this for my wife because she’s been asking for a clothesline for a while now. Installing it was super easy and quick. The bad thing about it was is it’s not strong enough to hold up the bed sheets, towels and stuff line that because it’s impossible to get the tension that’s needed in order to stop the clothesline from majorly drooping down. Definitely feel like it was a waste of money, and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Line broke after 5th use. Nothing heavy was put on line. While it looks good, not a good product.

I picked this clothesline due to the reviews. I am so happy I did. It is well constructed and works as stated. I have used other "indoor" clothesline and this is the best one to date. It is well worth your while to wait on its arrival due to it being shipped from overseas.
