Simple but really effective for sore feet
I got these because my physical therapist recommended them, and they’ve actually helped a lot. My feet tend to hurt pretty often, so I wanted something simple I could use at home. I’ve been using them daily, mostly just rolling my feet on them, and it really helps stretch them out and relieve some of the tension. It’s such an easy thing to do, but it makes a difference. I also like that you get two for the price—it’s nice to have an extra or use both depending on what you need. They are pretty firm, which might take a little getting used to if your feet are really sensitive, but that’s also what makes them effective. Overall, I’m glad I got these and would recommend them if you deal with foot pain or just want something simple to use at home.
