Excellent quality, great for gogo MOBILITY scooter
Great quality battery fits perfectly and hold a very long charge. Used it for a full day at a theme park and it did not even go down one level on the meter!

Replacement for Troy-Bilt XP Series Generator
Very good for my Troy-Bilt/Brg&Stn generator. I would definitely buy again. I found a few sites selling "exact" replacement batteries for this application, and they ranged in price between $50 and $200+. Happy to have this $40 alternative. Hint: If you're installing this in a similar tight spot with short cables, it might be easier to first place the battery loosely in the bracket, then connect the cables to the terminals, and then tighten up the bracket. This generator's negative cable is very short, and not very flexible in 35-degree weather (I figured this out after I had tightened down the very last screw in the installation job...live and learn). Details: • Application: Troy Bilt Generator XP Series, 7000w/10500w, Briggs & Stratton engine, w/ built-in battery float charger (bought genny brand new in Aug 2011). • Replacing: Br. & Strn // Tr-Blt part 313282GS/193463GS. The original battery was marked Haijiu HG 18 12 (12v 18ah/20ah). Generator was making a clicking/grinding sound when attempting to start. • Ordered & delivered in Jan-2017. • Date mfg'd: Not noted anywhere; there is a code stamped on the top, 1610E; no idea what this means, but you can speculate on your own. • Country of Origin: China. • Packaging: ExpertPower's pkg around the battery itself was good. Amazon Fulfillment's outer shipment pkg was marginal for such a heavy dense item, but it worked out OK. The shipping box was kind of big, with barely enough bubble pack. (I'll leave separate packaging feedback, & I do not factor this into my product rating.) • Condition when delivered: Satisfactory, no damage or "leaks." • Overall dimensions: 3+1/32" X 7+1/8" X 6+7/16" (the original was 2+31/32 X 7+1/8 X 6+1/2; see 'Fitment' bullet below). • Net weight: Approx 12+1/2 lbs (it's heavy, dense, lead). • Terminals: Posts, internally threaded (M5-0.8). Small hex bolts with this thread are included (an 8mm or 5/16" socket/wrench will work). Also included are split washers and flat washers. Post outer dims 3/8"diameter X 3/16"high (excl bolts). • Fitment: Very tight. This battery was 1/16" bigger in the "thickness" dimension (original 2+31/32 vs replacement 3+1/32). However I think it will be OK. I left the sheet-metal bracket that holds it slightly loose on one side, just to be safe -- I've heard that batteries sometimes expand very slightly when being charged. I don't know how true that is (sounds doubtful to me). Since this genny uses a built in float charger, I doubt there's anything to worry about over the long term. • Voltage when delivered (before charging): Approx 12.5v (at room temp). Oddly, this was actually slightly lower than the original, now "dead" battery. • Performance without charge: Started the generator very well -- about as well as it had been starting (before the previous battery went bad). I consider this to be very good for an off-the-shelf battery. • Performance after 24hrs, installed and hooked up to the float charger: Started the generator as though the whole unit were brand new. No sign of leakage or swelling or any other problem. • Status: It's a keeper. It's now installed in the generator, with the float charger hooked up the way I usually keep things. Sorry, I don't have the ability to determine amperage or CCA. And sorry for the long review, but when I was searching for this, the details seemed to be scattered & difficult to determine. So I thought I'd do as much of a full-on inspection & test as I could, and then report.
