Should you wear this while running?

Running is all I use it for, and it works perfectly. In fact, I won’t run without it. It stays in place, and gives full range of motion, even on rugged trail runs.

I measured 18.5" but I want a tight fit, would I go with small or should I just stay medium ?

I highly recommend the medium. I was looking for a tight fit as well and I measured in at almost 18... Went with medium and I was surprised how tight it is without being something that cuts off circulation. It is very smug, doesn't move around and the compression is great. Comfortable and snug at the same time.

Where is the Size chart

Here it is Measure 4" above the knee cap! We advise you to buy a larger size if you are at the upper limit. If a tight fit is desired buy one size smaller. SIZE CHART (measure 4 inches above knee: S: 14.5" - 17" M: 17" - 19.5" L: 19.5" - 22" XL: 22" - 24.5"
