Met a woman in a store while on vacation and she recommended this product - this brand specifically - very highly! and she was absolutely right! Tried other variations on Arnica ointments, lotions and gels, and this is the only one that works. Not even the Borion product works as well as this one. Husband has terrible sciatica and even he accepts this gives him more relief than even max strength CBD products - with and without Arnica. Most products give him so little relief that he doesn't even bother. He willingly accepts this being applied as it really reduces his discomfort level. The gel is cold to the touch, sticky, and you have to give it a minute to dry which is why it only got a 4 star overall. It got 4 stars on pain relief because it didn't do a damn thing for my backache which is a recent thing (last day or two). and as for value, think its expensive for how little you get. We went through a small tube (purchased at the local health food store) in less than a week. If you are doing a single little spot, fine, but covering a spine from sciatic pain in the butt through stenosis along it, its gone in a flash. BUT better than anything else we've tried including patches.
