Doesn't last. Don't buy
Liked the phone but camera doesn't work anymore and it's only a year old. Text Messages don't download. Called support and they were no help at all saying I have to call Verizon nd send phone back. It's not Verizon's faults the phone doesn't work. The phone didn't come from there. This was the most I ever spent on a phone because I wanted a tough one that will last. Total waste of money

Refurbished broke a few days after the return policy
I was nervous about buying a refurbished phone. I took a chance since Amazon guaranteed 90 day return policy. Wouldn't you know it - on day 95 the phone completely shut off and will not even power on despite trying multiple chargers. I reached out to the seller since it was only a few days past the deadline but their reply was that they don't accept things past return policy. So much for my experiment in buying a refurbished phone...

It’s okay
Not great, just okay. It worked better then my old lg flip phone but I would rather get something much better. Seems to be having some later issue ( battery does not want to seem to stay charged that long )

Missing refund
This item wasn't compatable with Verizon, so I returned it. It was delivered to the dealer on 4/16/22 and I still did not receive a refund. I don't know how to contact the dealer to find out why I haven't received the refund. Poor customer relations
