Really like these foldup seats. Second one I have purchased. Quality, well built and designed seat.

When remodeling our bathroom we had this seat installed before the tiling was done as our contractor said we needed a cement backer board for a proper installation. Our shower is small and therefore we wanted something that could be flipped up and out-of-the-way when not in use. This is perfect. It feels very safe and secure when getting up and down as well as sitting, even for my 200lb husband. The material is nice, water does not pool on it, it is not slippery. I looked at about a million options before choosing this and I’m very happy with it.

This shower seat looks solid and strong. It was easy to install with provided bolts and hole placement diagram.

Very nice seat. Only issue I had was the template was slightly off from the actual seat. One side lined up perfectly, the other was a 1/8" off. Had to drill larger holes. I suggest drilling 5/16th holes and line up the seat. All in all, it's a very nice seat and instructions were good. Everything has some hiccups.

This wall mount was the perfect size for my shower (4x8) .

This was easy to install once I was able to find the studs to attach to in the shower. It is fairly firm and does not feel like it will fall under me. I am 150lbs and it supports me well. I don't use it every shower but it is nice to use occasionally and folds out of the way when not in use. Also good for the misses to shave her legs, she does not use it as a seat though!

It was missing a bolt and a replacement was shipped immediately.

I selected this shower set because it's just a seat without a back - saves some space in the shower. The seat itself is high quality and nicely finished, but the upper holes in the mounting brackets were not de-burred before painting, so they looks like crap - see photo. The mounting screws will not cover this defect. I returned the first seat and got a replacement. The replacement also had the same defect, but looked a little less crappy. My tile guy is in hurry to finish, so we will install this seat, but I'll growl and curse the manufacturer every time I see it. BTW, both seat cartons were previously opened, so I suspect both seats were returned for this defect. I suspect Amazon will continue sending these returned seats out to folks until schlumps like me accept them. Don't be the next schlump.

Great Quality product - Easy installation

Mine didn't come with hardware to install it to the wall so I had to source appropriate screws. The design is nice in a modern bathroom.

Not water resistant. Less than one year after installation we find out the core is made out of particle board, the least water resistant material you could imagine. It’s already expanding due to water infiltration. Why they couldn’t have just used plastic I don’t know. They also don’t warranty the finish or durability, just “manufacturing defects”. For something that is supposed to be permanently installed and causes permanent marks on tile (screw holes), this is an incredibly cheap product. Buyer beware.

Bought this in May 2024. It looks great as shown in pictures. HOWEVER, BEWARE! my installer and I do not believe it is capable of holding an adult’s weight when installed as shown. The advertisement says it can support a weight of over 300 pounds!. The seat is fastened to studs through tile or wall covering with screws that are not particularly long. There is no other support for this rather substantial sized seat! We have decided to fabricate a brace to go under the seat when it is in use. I think the manufacturer needs to rethink the design with safety in mind….

Looks nice but does not have a large enough support area against wall surface, too much pressure from the small mounts, especially on ceramic tile, actually cracked the tiles after installing. Had to replace the tiles. Will have to look for a seat that has more surface contact. Will not be installing this seat, that was a bad buy as it's not much use for anything now.
