Great Product, has a slightly salty taste but if you need the E lytes you won't mind. When I ride my horse for several hours at a time in distance riding training or competition in the Florida heat I feel like a new person compared to regular water or other additives.

It's nice to be able to mix your own electrolyte drink without having to deal with more sugar than a full-sized candy bar. At higher concentrations, it can be a bit rough on the palate, but it gets the job done well!

This has become an absolute staple for me. Very light lemon taste that doesn't bother me at all and doesn't taste like straight salt. I have ADHD and workout a lot and would always get bad tension headaches. I add this to my water and it's helped tremendously. My headaches would put me down for a few days and I would get them every 2 weeks or so. Now I get them maybe once a month. Plus my overall health, reflected by bloodwork, seems better since I'm actually hydrated. Price point is great and I usually have to order another one once or twice a month.
