FLEX SEAL LIQUID can be brushed, rolled, dipped or poured to create a high performance protective rubber barrier that blocks out air, water and moisture on a variety of surfaces and objects. Once cured, FLEX SEAL LIQUID forms a durable, breathable, weatherproof, non slip barrier that's resistant to rain, snow, sun, wind, hail, air, moisture, UV degradation, extreme temperatures and natural weathering. DIRECTIONS: Stir can well, do not shake. Make sure the surface is clean, dry and doesn't have grease, oil and dirt on it. For better adhesion, scuff surface with sand paper or steel wool. Coverage will vary depending on amounts of coats used. 1 Large 16 ounce - approx. 20Sq. Ft., 1 Jumbo 32 ounce - approx. 40Sq. Ft., 1 Gallon can - approx. 150Sq.
