My husband is no longer able to swallow capsules or tablets. He is on a liquid diet. I researched every liquid multiple vitamin supplement out there and feel this one was superior. So far he tolerates it well. Easy to mix in smoothies or juice. He hasn't noticed any different taste. Highly recommend.

Genuinely amazing product. I love that it’s made from Whole Foods rather than from synthetic vitamins (as there are more health benefits and you can’t really overdose on natural vitamins). I have come to appreciate the flavor, but it wasn’t my favorite thing at first. It makes me feel energized and overall more ready to seize the day compared to when I don’t take it. It is on the pricier side, but for the benefits I feel, I will pay it over and over again.

Been taking these liquid vitamins for about a week and have already felt a difference in my menopausal mental & physical health. Looking forward to the benefits after taking for awhile. I do recommend this liquid vitamin.

I have a reflux issue called LPR. The area where my esophagus joins my stomach is small. Swelling tons of pills is not the best for it. Plus a liquid vitamin tends to be better absorbed. This liquid multivitamin tastes good, easy to swallow and I find I have more energy.

There's no doubt in my mind that this is a good product, but unfortunately it is so sickeningly sweet that I have to hold my breath while drinking it, so that I don't taste it, and I continue to hold my breath while I have a big glass of water afterward so that I don't have to smell or taste the product end the end. I take liquid vitamins nightly, whereas with pills I'm lucky if I can get them down twice a week. I've bought this product twice, but I don't see myself buying it again.

A lot of times, overweight people like myself have food cravings associated with vitamin deficiency rather than actual hunger. I’ve been looking into a good multivitamin that have B complex and a more completed list and found it. Within a day, I feel the difference. I took it in the morning 10 minutes before my breakfast and all day I haven’t been craving to keep stuffing my face. I’m more satiated today than I have ever been. It almost feels like I can rest! I’m curious to see how well this will last and how it will make me feel in the long run but I think they have me as a reoccurring customer. P.S. The taste isn’t that great but that’s good news. It’s all natural stuff, no added flavorings. Edit: after taking this for almost a month, the skin peeling and hang nails that would be a daily hassle have gone away. I’m not sure what deficiency that was but this multi vitamin has been my life saver. I 100% recommend it to anyone who’s looking to up their game in terms of nutrition.

It's very easy to use. The liquid is so much easier for the body to absorb. Good taste with boysenberry/pomegranate and dosage of just one ounce a day is a great value for the money.
