I have used this multi vitamin for 6 months. The ingredients are extensive and high quality. I enjoy it is organic vitamins. I like how the Omegas are plant based. While this includes all vitamins needed, it appears to add more supplements that support nails hair and skin. The taste is yummy, and I can eat it on an empty stomach because it is real food!!!!

My husband absolutely loves this product. He notices a boost in energy because provides the necessary nutrients needed while dieting. I noticed and increase in energy as well. The taste is like a semi-thick juice. I personally mox mine with cranberry juice. We like it so much that we set up a subscription because it is much cheaper than buying the same item in store. Excellent quality.

Shipping was fast. Decent flavor. Overview of the ingredients seem healthy and of good quality.

I feel like this multi vitamin not only absorbs really well in the liquid form but also the whole foods form that was chosen... especially the folate instead of folic acid. I also love the other ingredients added like the fermented amino acid, fulvic trace mineral, and liver detox ingredients. I feel really good with putting this in my body. The taste isn't bad either. Some of my kids aren't fond of it some of them like it. I feel like it's pretty good taste for full vitamin supplement.

Second time purchasing.I have a hard time digesting vitamin tablets. I hate chewables. Some liquids make me vomit (see my other reviews if you can). This works well, supplies me with the energy to sustain me through a busy morning. I know vitamins do not give one energy, but I metabolize badly (MTHFR from both sides). This cuts through my issues and, along with high doses of vitamin D, really works for me. And it does not taste or smell bad.

The item was taste, and effective in increasing energy and focus. I will buy again.
