I read the other reviews that described the disconnecting, and thought: just go to the device manager and disable the power saving function for these Bluetooth HIDs. Well I did that, and the keyboard and mouse still disconnect every 5 minutes or so. You have to restart the computer or remove and re-add the keyboard and mouse to get them to work again. I contacted the seller, and they responded promptly and basically instructed me to remove and and re-add the devices in Bluetooth settings, which I had already done, and did again. I really wish these worked because the keyboard is compact, but usable, and typing is snappy and responsive. I like the keyboard. Same with the mouse, the formfactor and buttons work well. Unfortunately, I just can't keep this thing from randomly disconnecting. Arteck has a ghost in the machine!
