This is real chamomile. Just dried flower heads, nothing else. No chemicals, no flavoring, no weird smell. This is the best tea ever. Full of flowers and just a tiny bit of settling on the bottom. The taste is fantastic by itself, and it does give me the calmness I am looking for, for my anxiety. It does not make me sleepy, but calm. I will be ordering again and again.
