Review: Practical and fun - Happy Feet is a short book that's filled with simple exercises that improve balance, proprioception, strength, posture, and your mental image of how your feet/body move. I could tell from just one session doing maybe 10 of the exercises that my feet were worked out in places I could've never gotten to without using this book and the green Franklin balls. I get that it's pricey, but I feel like it's worth the money to work with your feet as they're meant to move. Also, Eric Franklin explains how each exercise affects your feet and your body. I highly recommend this book - your feet affect everything in your body!

Happy Feet is a short book that's filled with simple exercises that improve balance, proprioception, strength, posture, and your mental image of how your feet/body move. I could tell from just one session doing maybe 10 of the exercises that my feet were worked out in places I could've never gotten to without using this book and the green Franklin balls. I get that it's pricey, but I feel like it's worth the money to work with your feet as they're meant to move. Also, Eric Franklin explains how each exercise affects your feet and your body.
