Although the manufacturer claims you can be tough with them, I prefer to hand wash and use non-metal utensils. Hand washing is quick because nothing sticks. Yes, they cost a bit more but they’re worth it. I have yet to find any other pans that last more than a year or two. I’ve had my first set for more than 10 years.
