SCANPAN SC68000200 Pro IQ Set of Two Frying Pans 24 and 28 cm, Plastic, Black

This is a great pan. Completely non stick which is obviously what you want for an omelet pan. Makes the smoothest omelets you have ever seen which takes a little getting used to!

This is my second set of ScanPan frying pans. They weren’t purchased to replace the first set. They were purchased for my vacation home because I got tired of using cheaper, inferior pans. I had the first set for many years and they look and work like the day they were purchased. They are heavier than the cheap pans and distribute heat well. Although the manufacturer claims you can be tough with them, I prefer to hand wash and use non-metal utensils. Hand washing is quick because nothing sticks. Yes, they cost a bit more but they’re worth it. I have yet to find any other pans that last more than a year or two. I’ve had my first set for more than 10 years. I highly recommend these pans!

Most expensive individual pan I have purchased. That being said it has worked great. Cleanup is almost nothing. Even the rivets seem easier to clean, which is usually a problem area on an otherwise non stick pan. This pan is smaller that I thought it would be, so I use it on a more limited basis than I had hoped, but it is fantastic for eggs and smaller cooking chores. I might actually buy another Scanpan in a larger size if available, even at the pricey price. We've had so many non stick pans that are great for 90 days, then are basically ready for the trash. That's not the case with Scanpan. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and I think that's the case here. The pan is expensive, and worth every cent.

Cet article est excellent. Assez lourd, mais de qualité imbattable avec un fond épais et solide. Marche très bien sur ma taque induction. Extrêmement facile à nettoyer et sans problème dans le lave vaisselle.
