Lattafa 24 Carat Pure Gold Eau De Parfum Spray for Unisex 3.4 Ounce

I'm hooked on this 'Lattafa' brand. Mainly because the quality and price are pretty spectacular. A few of their scents have (mildly) disappointed, however, for the price and quality... it's worth the purchase IMO. This fragrance specifically knocks it out of the park. It's BOLD and has a very unique dry down that lingers for a long time. I would envision this as a scent for a more older, refined man. It smells EXPENSIVE AF. Not for everyone or for guys in their 20's. This is a mature, complex scent. I'm leaning on this fragrance to be more for Fall and Winter due to the warmth and complexity... musk. Not a fan of the bottle design. I do love the other bottle designs from this brand. I know I know I know it's more about the 'juice' in the bottle. If you are in your 30's or older, pick this up.

It is a classic oriental smell with notes of oud, roses, and vanilla, but what sets it apart from the competition is how well it balances delicate elements with potent, dark scents. It comes out very strong at first, but you can appreciate the balance as it dries down. A very strong but lovely fragrance. I got it back in February, but I had to pick up another bottle a few weeks ago for my wife. She loves it more than I do.

I was hoping that with some maceration time that this scent profile would change into something wearable. Except, it didn’t. It’s absolutely my fault, since this was a blind buy. I think if they added fruity notes to this, it could be something worthwhile. Unfortunately, I accidentally discovered a half developed fragrance — like a project someone forgot to finish, then gave up and bottled it anyway. Huge fail. My recommendation: DON’T BUY

Smells very light & sweet. The scents is long lasting & fresh. Very affordable perfume & I highly recommend this scent. I will repurchase in the future.

I love oud, especially when paired with woodsy scents and floral notes, so I thought I'd really love this. Unfortunately, the floral notes really shine through and it ends up smelling very feminine and soft on me. It does not smell at all like oud, incense, leather, or amber, but I do get strong hints of sweet vanilla and a powdery-floral - not scents that I enjoy very much. I also found that it's not very long lasting on my skin - I put it on around 5am, and by 9am the only scent left was a very light floral vanilla on my sweater. I did spray it pretty liberally on a hoodie and that was still scented several days later, but the scent left was not at all pleasant to me - it reminded me a lot of the perfumes that my grandmother would wear; very floral, powdery, with a hint of sweet. I gave it three stars because it's a nice, solid bottle and comes in a nice little gift box, and it's really not a terrible scent in the air. It's just not a great smell on *me* and I really don't catch any of the scents listed on the description. I wouldn't call this unisex at all - it's very feminine - and everyone that smelled it on my clothes disliked it. That being said, I bought this scent blind, knowing that oud smells different on very person because it reacts with your personal body chemistry. For the price, it's a steal, and I'll happily buy other scents from this brand.
