If you've ever watched one of Saša's tech talks, you might've noticed that his fast pace is supported by his thorough knowledge of the matter - and that is what allows him to explain with utmost conciseness.This book feels this way. It goes straight to the point, and you can grasp every little bit of it.Although this is just the second book of the "In Action" series that I've read, it is by far my favorite! Buy it.

Highly recommended. I have both this book and Programming Elixir by Dave Thomas and I would recommend buying both if possible. This book (Elixir in Action) moves along at an excellent pace. It really focuses nicely on the OTP framework and building fault-tolerant concurrent systems, which is where Elixir excels. It is a very good complement to the Dave Thomas book which provides a slightly more gentle introduction to some of the fundamentals.
