I like this product because it is a pure product without a lot of fillers.This substance aids circulation, stimulates the immune system, and increases tissue oxygenation. Many health care professionals also feel CoQ10 is of use in fighting obesity, candidiasis, multiple sclerosis, and diabetes as well as schizophrenia and Alzheimer's disease. Research also supports evidence that coenzyme Q10 has the ability to counter histamine thereby possibly making it beneficial to those suffering from allergies, asthma, and respiratory disorders.

This product is a part of my nutritional healing protocol for undermethylation. I take it with my evening supplements and this brand was specifically recommended. I trust that it is helping my body heal and detox and methylate properly.
