Does it have a drain plug?

Is this a WaveBrake 1.0 or 2.0 mopping system? Which dirty water bucket model fits this mopping system?

I'm not sure of where to find this information but the number that I ordered is FG758088YEL. It has a wringer system that puts the water back into the same bucket.

Does this bucket fit onto the Rubbermaid standard janitor cart?
