I would of given it a 5-star review but 2 out of the 6 coasters I got were cracked. I didn't notice this until I used them and saw watermarks on my new wood top coffee table. And also, half of the trim on one of the coasters is missing (see image below).

Large enough for a soup bowl. Nice finish and fairly evenly sliced on thickness. Looks great. Rustic. A few very minor negative notes... non absorbent so moisture will bead on the surface and eventually run off the edge on a very humid day with a cold drink glass. Also the live edge bark will chip off with poor handling. Ours arrived with all of the coasters rolling around in a very large oversized Amazon box with several pieces of bark chipped from the edges. I credit this to the packaging and not the product itself.

I really was excited to get these. My entire family room is done in a very rustic, cabin-esque feel, but I can only give these 2 stars, and that's only because 3 out of 6 were in good condition, so at least I can see how perfect they would have been. What I don't get his how anyone, and I mean Anyone, could look at these when they are packing them up to send to a paying customer, and say to themselves, "yeah, these will do"? I mean really, really?

The coasters are real wood, but they are are *not* coated with anything, polyurethane or otherwise.I'll keep them and use them, but it's not likely I will buy anything from this vendor in the future.

These were bought as a Christmas gift for my grown son. I thought they seemed a little small for a coaster but were cool looking. I have now idea how well they work as an actual coaster.

Beware...These are NOT polyurethaned like they claim. The sawdust was still on them. They are easy enough to coat yourself, however they shouldn't claim they are coated when clearly they are not.

Didn't look the same as in the photo. 2 of them were so small that I can't even fit a cup on them so I can't even use them. The photo makes it look like it's stained and looks like natural wood but the ones I got look like they're that basic wood from a craft store. Would not recommend.

They are lovely, just REALLY small. No way they could hold a large mug or soda glass.
