Crunch Ground Pounder GP-1500.4 1500 Watt 4 Channel Amplifier

Awhile back i had a 1000 crunch amp and i loved it for my budget system and its reliability. It prolly put out maybe around 400 watts and did the job for me These are great for budget systems or smaller systems crunch just like many others do not put out their rated watts ! If you want true wattage go for name brand like skar kicker and others These are great but do not expect true wattage keep in mind i have this hooked up to a 1250 rms skar sub and it powers it well not to where it will damage it at all This works great for my budget set up glad they are an option but my other vehicles system that is bigger is skar amp and sub

This little beast was able to push 2 12inch 2ohm speakers wired to 4ohm no problem. Although, it was maxed out on the bass boost and gain, it still sounded great and never got to hot and played for hours at a time. Highly recommend if on a budget and cannot afford the high end amps or if you don't care about high end and just need a reliable amp, this is your guy. One thing I did not like was it did not have a set of output rca so you could piggie back another amp to it . Other than that it is now collecting dust due to upgrading the 2 12s to 2 15s skar

The whole two days it lasted it sound good. Just only last 2 days. It would run pretty warm and had a smell. Luckily, amazon, my experience, has always kept up on the warranty and has always promptly offered assistance and given me a full refund. So major props to amazon team for the help, it was just a bummer the amp didn't last because now I have to wait for something else and hope that it last.

Everything was fine other than the driver left it out in the open instead of putting it in a box

Needed something cheap for my work car I have a RF P2 12 and I was surprised how good it sounds, played it hard for an hour or so did not overheat or shut off. Great buy!

The media could not be loaded. For the rating, this amp underperforms. I have 4 8x7 pioneer speakers in the doors of my truck and this struggles to keep them running without going into protection mode. It does this at very low gain settings, even though the rating is well above my speakers’. The amp itself also gets freakishly hot. Definitely a worry. But at moderate listening volumes, it’s very clear sound and I’m ok with that, just when I’m on my way to a party/club I enjoy listening to loud music on the way LOL. I wouldn't purchases this one again but I’d give another CRUNCH amp a go before writing them off completely.

Worked as it should, could use a bit more power. But get what u pay for.
