Yes it is very good for relaxed hair!!!

How effective is it for preventing hair fall out?

Hair loss can be due to numerous causes. I cannot say that Design Essentials prevents hair loss.

Does it has silicone? On their official website it looks like they took them out. I can’t use silicone.
