High quality bands!
A couple of weeks ago I purchased elastic resistance bands that were on sale. They kept rolling up & were just terrible. I was afraid I’d have to spend like $40 just for good quality bands that don’t slip or roll. These bands were delivered today and upon touching them I knew they were good quality from the thickness. I tried them out and they are amazing! No matter what you do there’s no slipping, rolling, pinching, nothing! They stay in place & have a good amount of resistance.

Strong, sturdy, cute, but wide.
4 stars because they really are a bit wide. I’m not a tiny person, and if I don’t keep a wide hip position, they’ll slide down. I’m also a little worried that they’ll stretch out even wider; they did seem to loosen a bit on the first use, but maybe it’s just breaking them in.However, they are impressively strong! I could barely stretch the light band with my arms when I pulled them out of the bag, and the strong one not at all! I was using an extra heavy plus a heavy in the rubber kind, and with these, the medium is stronger than that.They don’t roll!! I was so frustrated with the rubber kind rolling up and moving around.They seem very sturdy and well constructed.And the colors are lovely. Overall a thumbs up!

High resistance, great quality
These bands are nice and thick, and provide a strong resistance. Their size and material keep them in place comfortably while working out, eliminating interruptions for readjustments. Additionally, because of the quality of the material, I expect that they will last much longer than regular rubber resistance bands. The only downside is that the resistance is much stronger than I expected, too much for my weakling arms, but it does provide a much better workout for my lower body than rubber resistance bands.

Must-have for at home workouts
These fitness bands work really well and are pretty durable!! I’ve been using them for a few days now and I absolutely love them, totally changed my workouts. They’re made from a very sturdy cloth, they don’t roll up on me, and they stay where I put them when I workout. Not only that, they’re such a good price!! definitely buy these
