When I first discovered this online, I was a bit annoyed I'd need to spend extra money to actually get my Hetty to glide along the carpet properly... (I still am a bit) Forgetting that, I can now vacuum my carpet one-handed! I bought this bundle as it was actually cheaper (or the same price) as buying just the big airobrush alone elsewhere. The brush really seems to aggravate the carpet as it doesn't take much for the brush to get hair tangled in it. However, it is pretty easy to clear and not very time consuming to do. When I put my hand to the hole, I don't feel much suction going on, so actually having hair caught and wrapped around the brush tells me it's working. There is a little door you can open to unlock stuff from further up, too. The little airobrush seems to do it's thing on the stairs nicely. I thought the hardfloor tool was going to be rubbish but it's the one that surprised me most - very satisfying to use on my dark grey lino which shows up every crumb. Great but of kit and I'd tell anyone looking to buy a Henry/Hetty etc not to bother unless they're buying these great tools!

Hard floor tool and large carpet tool work well. Much better than the combined tool that came with Hetty. Small carpet tool isn't particularly effective on stairs as it can't get in to the corners. Have the scissors ready to cut the hair out the brush bar.

Genuine Henry product that worked on my vacuum with no issue.

I’m very happy with the accessory kit. It works great on my furniture and area rugs. Would highly recommend for a pet friendly household.
