Good bbq drip pan
Not bought to use as a pizza pan, but instead for a drip pan for a Kamado Joe Classic 2 bbq. They pan sits well on the X-ring of the KJ Classic.The pans are naturally shallow but seem to be well made - milled and solid. Only used twice but so far has done the job and not warped. As a drip pan it is fine for small pieces of meat/short-medium cooks. If cooking large fatty pieces of meat for a long time then you will need something deeper to avoid overflow/spilling while lifting out of bbq.Would recommend.

Lightly oil if you dont want it to stick.
Bought to replace, so called, non-stick ones that lose their nonstickiness in about 6 months (I had black flakes of teflon stuff stuck to my crusts, yuck!) Thinking was these would be easier to scrub and I was right enough. A wee soak in hot water and Fairy and they look as good as new. I just wipe a tiny bit of oil about the tray with kitchen paper and my pizza has a crispy base and nonstickiness as a bonus. Sturdy and good value for a set of 2.

Pretty but pizza was soggy! Perfect for many other things
I had really high hopes for these but unfortunately they made the pizza really soggy. Such a shame as they look good enough to serve from and I so wanted them to work. But they do look great so I'm going to use them to serve other foods as soon as we are able to entertain again.

Sticky
I thought I was being clever getting these as alternatives to a rectangular baking tray. Nicely made and seem very durable but no matter what I do we end up with soggy pizza that is stuck fast to the tray. I have tried oil and butter on the tray before cooking but 9 times out of 10 the pizza sticks fast and is disintegrated as it’s removed.

Love these. They were bought to use as sturdy backpacking plates - and maybe should be advertised as these as well? Received several questions about these from hiking friends - durable and easy to clean whilst having decent upstands to reduce likelihood of spillage.

Fresh pizza doesn't work, even when oiled & heated directly
Don't ignore my warning as I did with others. Fresh pizza on these pans doesn't work, even when liberally oiled.Pizzas stick and do not crisp up. Even when heated directly over the hob.Don't bother.

Simple wheel trim to cook pizza
It looks just like a retro wheel trim but it heats up evenly. It is a breeze to clean and is in It for the longhaul and will look like new.

Really good quality
I'm very happy with these pizza trays. The pizzas I've tried so far (both fresh and frozen) have come out evenly cooked and crisp. They clean up really well between uses too. I was a bit worried before I purchased that the pizza bases may stick to the pans, but that has not been the case. Would definitely recommend.
