This beautiful fountain was so easy to put together. I am challenged to assemble almost anything. Our fountain worked beautifully for a month but had an issue with the motor I believe. I contacted Petra tools and their support person JP responded immediately and are replacing it. Incredible customer service. Definitely recommend.

Product arrived, securely packaged. Fairly easy set up with decent instructions.Fountain is heavier than expected, not an issue at all, seems quite durable. Wepurchased the 5 tier model, which was just the right size for our mid sized patio garden.Impressed at how calming the cascading water falls sound. The fountain looks like actualrocks. Impressed so far and would definitely recommend this product.

The first fountain I ordered had a mismatched backing so the back was open, this normally wouldn’t be an issue however I put it out on my balcony and my cats were climbing in and out of it right away... didn’t want to end up with a wet cat and broken fountain. Petra was very quick to respond to my message to them with pictures included of the defective back and offered to send a new one, which arrived in 5 days!Very happy with my new one! It’s just loud enough but not over bearing, easy to set up, lightweight, and it’s very classy looking!I have a small balcony and it fits perfectly with my small table and chairs.The only downfall (not any one’s fault but the weather) is that the water evaporates when it’s a million degrees outside and I have to keep filling it daily when I run it for a few hours at night. Otherwise that’s the only downfall, the rest is perfect!

Nice water feature for our backyard! Fountain in photos appears a lot larger than actual size. I wish it was taller. Price & durability is good!

The unit is easy enough to assemble and will mostly do its job. Once put together, however, it’s much smaller than advertised. It stands almost 26” tall, while the description claims it’s 31.7”. Pictures next to my 35” fountain for size. Good thing they’re not going in next to each other. . .

Quality product excellent customer service. They stand behind their product. The quality of my product is exceptional, but it did have a little bit of extra glue on it and they sent me a new fountain. The color and quality are beautiful.

The media could not be loaded.  Its perfect and very relax...

The product was not good quality so I wanted to return it. With the shipping cost and the seller adding custom fees, it all added to more than the price of the fountain. Horrible if you want to return the product.
