Can i use this on a plastic bumper?

when I sprayed my entire truck I used an adhesion promoter for the trim and plastic bumper and haven’t had a issue yet. The chemicals in this is meant for bare metal adhesion for the raptor coating

Would this product be needed before spraying Raptor bedliner on a plastic golf cart body or would I be better off just light sanding it?

Hi lite sanding is nessary but for best results be sure to add reptor adheavis and be sure to clean clean clean

Can one use this for aluminum coated with electrogalvanized zinc (such as superstrut)? or does one need to purchase u-pol acid #8 and acid #4?

No this can be used after electroplating as long as the item is kept clean from grease, dirt or any other environmental damage.

how much area will one can cover?

I used one can on 1/3- 1/2 of the truck bed... full coverage. Buy 2 cans minimal.
