yes, but in controlled doses it's fine for human consumption, and is beneficial. Water is an ingredient in laundry liquid, so not everything in these things will harm you in isolation. I wouldn't skimp on these tablets by eating a bit of washing powder though!

Who else received 3mg tablets (me + see customer image) rather than "10mg"? Thanks.

I've had both 3mg and 10mg. I believe the 10mg is the new dosage, since i received the 10mg after 2 lots of 3mg. Either way, the 3mg tablets (I take 3 per day, YMMV) seem to work a treat, so either way, I believe the product is worth it.

it's a bit confusing, I'll admit. My last batch were 3mg doses per tablet, and stated that 1 a day is the recommended dose. My new batch, which I haven't started yet say 10mg, but suggests taking 2 but not exceeding 10mg, so presumably they _are_ 5mg each. I've yet to open this one so can't confirm. After doing my research, I've been taking 3x3mg per day, with no negative effects, and my joint pain has reduced dramatically. I'm not a doctor though, and everyone's physiology responds differently. Personally, a bit of trial and error is required when it comes to nutrition and supplements, but again, consult your GP first.
