BoseSub 1 Powered Bass Module for L1 PRO Systems and Powered Subwoofer for Loudspeakers

We just got this sub delivered and plugged it in right away. The connection is just a standard microphone connection (not sure what the technical name is) and it easily connected to my Bose S1Pro+. This sub completely and I mean COMPLETELY changes the listening experience provided by the S1Pro+. I was reading reviews of this product before I bought it and people were saying that it shook the whole house and made the windows rattle. I thought to myself "yeah right.". Well, that turned out to be entirely true. Holy **** this thing has some power! You will pay money for that power, but in my opinion, it's totally worth it. Bose products are always very high quality and this sub is no exception. If you have an S1 or L1 series speaker and do not have this sub, get it! You won't regret your decision.

Planning on using with two S-1 Pro plus speakers. Once one arrives intact, I'll update this review with my current setup. I've heard this combination before, and it sounds incredible. Highly recommend adding a mixing board for ultimate flexibility.

. I was unsure whether to purchase the sub one or the sub two I’m currently running 2 S1 pro speakers. And I thought they sound phenomenal. It was a complete game changer by getting the sub1 I can’t say enough about it like night and day. Once you feel and hear the bass you will know where the money went ..I couldn’t imagine if I got the sub two.bigger is not always better. At least for the size of my house and system I’m running.. I couldn’t be more pleased. It has enough power to literally shake the lightbulbs loose over timeI’m so glad I have my own house to really enjoy this thing

Thunder storm sounds so real, bass is outstandingly perfect!

I bought this subwoofer for my two Bose S1 Pro+ configuration. I needed this Sub1 urgently for a family event and for this reason I bought it on Amazon for its fast deliveries. But the subwoofer arrived very beaten, the packaging obviously with signs of rolling and rough handling and the consequence is that the sub1 has dents (two very strong ones behind in the corner and the protective grill dent, unfortunately I realized this at the time to be using it at my event so I could no longer claim the damage. In terms of sound and power, those of us who know the Bose Brand know that it is of very high quality, power and versatility, I have been buying these products for many years and I will continue doing it as long as Bose makes good products... Excellent rating for Bose, poor rating for Amazon deliveries.

Have had lots of amps and PA systems over the years, including the Bose L1, model 1, which I still use today!I recently purchased (2) Bose S1 powered speakers, and then added the Bose Sub 1. The result is crystal clear delivery with plenty of bottom, perfect for a mid size DJ set-up. The equipment is light, and having the S1s run on batteries is huge when it comes to set up. It may be pricey, but you'll only have to buy it once. Bose is professional grade equipment and worth every penny. Is there anything worse than a DJ, or performer, with a crappy sounding PA? I don't think so. Don't waste your money on junk you'll end up wanting to get rid of! Rick D

This sub is larger than it looks online, but not too big. The bass it produces is clean and amazing. It's the perfect companion to my L1 Pro system and it really makes a huge difference. I'm very happy with this system.

More Bass then I needed. Completes full Range of sound with 2 s1 pros.....Takes about a week to get over cost..I use it everyday via bluetooth.works best with small bluetooth mixer but Not needed.As great as the s1 pros are adding the sub 1 is beyond next level.Even at low sound levels it adds the feel to every song. It motivates you its good clean Fun.Built to last.
