Review: Just right for my purpose - I buy this roughly once a year to make Maple Wine. It's a great quality syrup and has been each year consistently. Nice and smooth, clearly translucent, Not super smelly, but decent quality for what it is. It's as thick as most other Syrups I've tried, but not going to be a slow drainer until the end of the bottle. The flavor is on the darker side, it's pretty rare that I find any darker than this, which is exactly what I like in a syrup for my taste. The size bottle makes this a good value, and the leftovers from the wine making last pretty well into the winter depending on my frequency of usage.
Review: Great tasting maple syrup - Great tasting maple syrup. I love the darker variety and find the flavor amazing. Not too maple-y, not too sweet, perfectly balanced.

If you’ve ever found real maple syrup kind of thin and weird and disappointing like me, this is your moment to give the real deal another shot. It’s incredible.
