Quality and ease of use
Thought it was brown flour, but misread, it’s a ready made bread mix. Don’t have bread maker, just a standard mixer with dough hook. Added 300 mls water mixed, boiled saucepan water, put on lowest setting on induction hob to maintain steam, placed bowl of dough on top with cling film. Rose in 30 mins, knocked back and placed on baking tray. Allowed to rise and baked at 190 degrees c, 45 mins. Very good loaf, shop brought would be £5. So will use this from now on

If you want easy to use bread mix that makes delicious tasty soft bread look no further.Great instructions on packs, easy to follow and lovely fresh tasty bread to enjoy + at a great price. 100% recommended.

Tasty
Much easier than measuring out the ingredients, saving a couple of minutes.Bread is quite flat anf firm, but tasty.Of course, you pay for saving two minutes.

One of my favorites
I have tried a few bread mixes, this is one of my favorites. Works well in our Panasonic bread maker. Great when you are short on time and you realise at 10pm that you have run out of bread for packed lunches!

Great taste
I love having these bread mixes in as they are handy to use in a hurry. I usually make my own bread but sometimes I use these for the different flavours and speed of use. They also stop me having to stock up on ingredients I would not use as often as others.

Disappointing use by date
The bread mixes arrived quickly but have got to be used by the 24th October which is disappointing. Last time I ordered there were several months before they needed to be used

Makes bread making very easy.
Once I figured out to put the water in my bread maker first then then the ingredients, I get perfect bread every time. The flavour of this bread is excellent, especially when on the long (3 hour) cycle.
